AN ACT making a supplementary appropriation in the state fund,
general revenue, to the department of administration-West
Virginia prosecuting attorneys' institute, fund 0557, fiscal
year 1999, organization 0228, all supplementing and amending
the appropriation for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day
of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-nine.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending the
thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-nine, to
fund 0557, fiscal year 1999, organization 0228, be supplemented and
amended to read as follows:

The above appropriation for transfers shall be transferred to
fund 2252-gifts, grants and donations as provided by chapter seven
of the code.
The purpose of this bill is to supplement this account in the
budget act for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June,
one thousand nine hundred ninety-nine, by reducing the
appropriation for forensic medical examinations-total by fifty
thousand dollars and by adding fifty thousand dollars to a new item
of appropriation for transfers and by amending language with no new
money being appropriated.
